The Northern New Mexico Climate Justice Leadership Development Program will help you build the skills, confidence, and connections to make a difference.

Are you 18–29 years old, from one of the Eight Northern Pueblos or surrounding communities, and passionate about protecting your community’s land, water, and future?

This 6-month, paid leadership program combines:

Environmental Stewardship Training

Learn from the Indigenous Design + Planning Institute (iD+Pi) through the Indigenous P.L.A.C.E.S. Framework.

Hands-On Apprenticeship

Get placement in a paid environmental apprenticeship.

Creative Storytelling

Build skills to share your story and inspire action in your community.
