Michèle Huff has practiced intellectual property and licensing law in the technology arena for over 25 years. She is currently a Senior Associate University Counsel at the University of New Mexico, and specializes in Intellectual Property, Research, and Technology issues. Michèle spent eight years in Silicon Valley at Sun Microsystems, and was a co-founder and COO of a software start-up.  Michèle was born and raised in New York City, received her BA from Colorado College and her JD, magna cum laude, from Arizona State University College of Law. She is a member of the California (1985) and New Mexico (2004) Bars.  Michele's forthcoming book, The Transformative Negotiator: Changing the Way We Come to Agreement From the Inside Out, is due out in early 2015.
