Jeff Wolfe is an attorney in the Winston-Salem office of the Forrest Firm, P.C. His practice areas cover the entire lifecycle of businesses and non-profits, including formation, financing, day-to-day contracts, and exits. His transactional background includes deep experience in mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings, and debt financings, and Mr. Wolfe has advised companies at every size and stage of the business life cycle, from small start-ups to large public companies. Prior to joining the Forrest Firm, Mr. Wolfe served the corporate clients of Smith, Anderson, Blount, Dorsett, Mitchell & Jernigan. He earned his bachelor’s degrees, with Phi Beta Kappa honors, from Indiana University and his Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University. He also serves on the Board of Directors for JusticeMatters, a non-profit that provides empowering legal services that protect children and help survivors of human trafficking and other traumas rebuild their lives.
