Accelerating the success of creative entrepreneurs

Do artists work alone? When we think of the artist, we often think of the “solitary genius” figure that’s been implanted in our brains over the years. Well, that’s not really true! And if it’s not true about artists, it’s especially not true about creative entrepreneurs.

Accelerators are effective. Occasionally.

And only if they deliver three key ingredients:

1.) An awesome network of successful mentors, investors, and service vendors. (Right, we all know that.)

Look around and you’ll see startups everywhere. Or, at least startups that are all grown up.

Facebook, Google, Uber, and The Weinstein Company, all started out as ideas and then were shaped, by their founders, into the mega companies they are today. Today’s startups are tomorrow’s behemoths.

But for far too long women have been brushed off, overlooked, pushed out or otherwise excluded from the startup landscape. We've been working on that problem for the last four years, and we're committing to do even more.
